We offer a comfortable, tranquil and family environment for a relaxing holiday amongst our magnificent facilities. The atmosphere is friendly, discrete and sociable. Our eleven double rooms all have en suite bath and/or shower, TV, DVD, hi-fi system and ceiling fans. By the wonderful pool we have a sauna and open air jacuzzi (not low season), barbecue and a small bar. There is client parking on site behind locked gates.

 
A full buffet breakfast is offered in the first floor salon but we offer no restaurant service . We are handily placed for a wide variety of restaurants and bars of all types and prices nearby to investigate and enjoy. Bar snacks according to availability.

 
We are on the outskirts of Benidorm (3 Km.) along the old road towards Finestrat, close to Terra Natura, the animal park.  Sometimes, swimming in the pool, you can hear the sea lions calling. (Our guests swimming in the pool, not the sea lions).

 
Having only eleven rooms, the villa is ideal also to reserve exclusively, when available, for family reunions, small residential conferences or courses for business, educational or sporting associations. There are many possibilities. Ask us. We are sure you will enjoy your stay.

There is a large well equipped kitchen available for whole house hire, or for use by external caterers if requested.

The main salon is used for breakfast and as a common social room. It has two sunny terraces (one for morning sun and one for afternoon sun) with splendid views and a lounge area with sofas and log fire. It may be adapted for short courses, conferences or practical activities for the small residential groups.

Payment methods

Reservations are confirmed in writing after a 30% deposit is received by bank transfer. The balance is settled by transfer before arrival or on arrival by cash.

For the reservation of the whole villa a refundable deposit is required against breakages and damage.
